We built Awesome Home Services in Colorado Springs with a simple goal: take care of the place we call home. Our leadership team lives here, raises families here, and plans to stay. That personal connection shapes how we show up for neighbors, both in their homes and out in the community.

Our work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and garage doors matters, but our story in this city runs deeper than a list of services. We see small business as a force for good, and we treat community involvement as part of our daily responsibility, not an afterthought.

Rooted in Colorado Springs

Our community focus starts with our leadership. CEO Leonard Siers is an Air Force veteran who built his civilian career around service, integrity, and follow-through. COO Brandyn Nuffer has called Colorado Springs home for more than a decade, and all three of his children were born here. This is his favorite place on earth, and he says he has no plans to leave.

Those roots guide the way we hire, train, and support our team. We look for people who care about this region and want to help homeowners feel confident about the work happening in their homes. That mindset drives how we treat customers and how we participate in local life.

As our team grew, we gave a name to what we were already trying to do: Keep Colorado Springs Awesome. This phrase captures our commitment to protect what makes this area special—its neighborhoods, parks, and shared spaces—as well as the people who live here.

The idea has become a thread through our internal culture and community efforts. When we talk with team members about what it means to work here, we talk about how their work supports local families and how their time outside of service calls can help keep this city vibrant and welcoming.

Hands-On Service Days

One of the most visible parts of our community involvement is our regular service days. One Saturday each month, we set aside time to head into a park or neighborhood and clean up together. Sometimes our team chooses the location. Other times, we invite customers to suggest an area that matters to them.

During these outings, our team members and their families pick up trash, walk trails, and help tidy outdoor spaces. These days give us a chance to meet people outside of service appointments and to care for the places we all use and enjoy. They also give our staff time together with a shared purpose that reflects our values.

Supporting Local Organizations

In addition to cleanup days, we look for ways to lend our time to local organizations that serve people and animals in our area. One example is donating time to the Humane Society. Team members volunteer on-site, helping support the group’s daily work caring for animals and connecting them with new homes.

We also set our sights on causes that started here. Special Olympics has strong roots in Colorado Springs, and spending time with those athletes has meant a great deal to our team. We have taken part in events and look forward to adding Special Olympics to our official sponsorship list starting in January 2026. That step reflects our long-term commitment to supporting inclusive programs with deep local ties.
