HVAC Inspection Details
- Clean and tighten all elements and lubricate all moving parts.
- Perform 52 Point Check (including testing your electric heat, defrost cycle, inspecting ductwork for leaks, airflow, air filters, measure freon levels, check condensate drain line for blockages.
- Membership includes one AC inspection & one furnace inspection. Additional AC & Furnace units will come with additional costs.
- Ensure all safety sensors are in good working order.
- Re-Calibrate the whole system to factory fresh specifications.
- Improve performance with stronger, cooler, and warmer airflows.
- Increase unit efficiency.

Garage Door Inspection & Lube 'N Tune Coverage
Full inspection of garage door(s) and opener(s), lube and tune:
- Garage door parts & accessories including but not limited to garage door sections, vinyl trim, bottom weatherseal, springs, drums, cables, rollers, hinges, etc.
- Garage door opener parts & accessories including but not limited to opener rail, opener head, sensors, wall station, keypad, etc.
- Test functionality of garage door(s) and opener(s)
- Tighten all nuts and bolts on garage door(s) and opener(s)
- Spray lubricate garage door springs, hinges, bearings
