Our Founders
Leonard Siers (CEO)
An Air Force veteran, Leonard, fondly known as Lenny, began his journey as a one-man HVAC operation in Niceville, FL, back in 1995. His dedication and hard work grew that single truck into a $40 million company, servicing the Panhandle of Florida, Orlando, and Birmingham, AL. After selling this successful business, Lenny embarked on a new mission: to change lives through the trades.
Brandyn Nuffer (COO)
Brandyn brings a decade of experience and a deep connection to Colorado Springs, CO, where he lived for ten years and his three children were born. When Lenny met Brandyn back in 2019, they discovered a shared vision and complementary skills, leading to the founding of Awesome Home Services.
