Received a flyer in the mail for furnace tune-up along with air conditioner tune-up for $49. I called and scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. That was impressive to get us in so quickly. Then, the day of the appointment, we received a text from Korey White with a photo and his expertise in the field and some personal information about him. Then received a phone call on the way. When he arrived, he was very professional and very friendly. He spent close to two hours just looking at our equipment. He even pulled my husband downstairs to show him something. Even before he started, he stated he only wanted to provide us excellent service and if he wasn't to let him know. Wow! We knew our furnace was getting old prior to his arrival, but after he sat with us and showed us all the issues it and the air conditioner were having, we decided to buy new ones from Awesome Home Services. I was in customer service for over 30 years—Korey is all about customer service. We are so happy we took a chance on this company and we have no regrets. Thank you so much, Korey.

Excellent experience with Awesome Home Services! Joseph thoroughly diagnosed our AC issues. It only took about 20 minutes, and he explained everything clearly while answering all of our questions. His knowledge and patience really put us at ease. Elliott came the next day to do the repairs and did an outstanding job. He explained each step of the process, so we always knew what was happening, and his workmanship was excellent. Elliott from Awesome Home Services was the best in-home technician that's ever been in my house. He was clearly an expert in HVAC and took pride in his work.
I called Awesome Home Services on a 97° day with an air conditioning issue. Elliott arrived in a short time and performed a thorough inspection of the HVAC components, both furnace and AC.
The issues with the AC were discovered quickly and the repair process was communicated to me clearly.
The repairs were made, and the price for the service was very reasonable. I would recommend Awesome Home Services to anyone and would utilize them again in the future for any HVAC needs.
