Korey was awesome! He came over for a routine tune-up on our furnace and air conditioning units and ended up finding (and removing) a bunch of foreign objects in our system that no other tech even bothered to mention. Not only this, he answered every question I had with genuine concern and even humored my most ridiculous asks. Definitely the best tech I've ever had and will definitely be requesting him in the future!

Outstanding Service Beyond Expectations Mar 29, 2025

This is a review for the following services: HVAC installation, HVAC ductwork (cleaning), Plumbing, and Electric. Short and simple, they were all outstanding. My husband and I are extremely impressed by all of the people (a total of nine) who have helped us throughout this process. All questions were answered. The work done was fantastic. The customer service was exceptional. They say you get what you pay for, but all in all, we got everything and more. We trust this company, and we will be using them whenever the unfortunate occasion arises. Specific work done: 1. CENTRAL AIR UNIT REPLACEMENT: Elliot came out and inspected our unit. He conducted a very thorough inspection of our unit, talked us through the process, and showed his amazing knowledge of his craft. Unfortunately, we had to replace the whole system, but Elliot gave us an offer that beat out a previous estimate we had from another business. Elliot did everything he could to give us his best offer, and on top of that, he fixed some of the minor random issues we had (like the jerry-rigged thermostat my husband tried to hang on the wall and securing the latch on our back gate). Anyways, Elliot was fantastic (which we knew from his help before). He wasn’t able to take care of the installation himself, but he guaranteed the quality of service we would receive from the team that would complete the work on his behalf. For this job, we had Jose and Gage. They did outstanding work. They showed us that the original central air unit was actually not up to code and showed us how this may affect us with the installation of the new unit. They had to make some minor alterations to our existing landscape, but they were able to make it look natural. They worked hard, and they did a great job. At the same time, all of this happened, Ben and Robby came in to help us with duct cleaning. Those two were rockstars as they moved around both levels of the home and got things done. They were quick, they explained the process perfectly, and had great customer service skills. They worked well together, and they were more than outstanding with us. During the course of the HVAC work, they realized some outlets were not functioning properly. They called out their guy Matt. Matt has such an amazing amount of knowledge in his craft and is very kind. He explained what the issue was, what he did to fix it, and even gave us information for other projects we were considering. He was kind enough to also check out some other outlets and went above and beyond. 2. PLUMBING: It started with a drip over the water heater. It turned into a puddle. We already knew it was going to drain the wallet. Preston came in and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained what was wrong, what needed to be done, and gave us several options on what we could do. We didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg, but Preston helped us make an informed decision and do what we thought was best for our home. Now, of course, after he left, we were a bit worried that the price may have been a little bit high. We didn’t have any other quotes to compare it to, but he gave us a fair deal when you account for parts and what labor goes for these days. More importantly, however, the cost was definitely worth the service procedure by Josh and Austin. Josh and Austin made sure to answer all of our questions, give us some good tips, educate us on the business itself, etc. Unlike other plumbers and plumbing companies, they carried themselves with great passion for the work they do and outstanding professionalism. They really highlighted all of the things that made us go with this business in the first place. To finish off this review, I want to say that this business is doing a great job. They found a way to provide exceptional services, competitive prices, and a way to put together a team of all-stars. I have not seen many businesses that provide a 100% on all fronts, but they do. Whatever they are doing to select and retain their employees should be commended. Thanks again to the entire team that came out to help today! This is for the business Awesome Home Services.

The most amazing HVAC service company EVER. You would be doing yourself a disservice to go anywhere else. We went through something you don’t want to with no heat when it was freezing cold. Awesome Home Services came in and just were the most amazing people from Arber, Elliott, Justin, Chris, Tony, Gage, and Ben. These guys, every single one of them, are the most amazing people hands down. Absolutely amazing positive energy, caring, and so professional. I could write a book about the service, but trust me, we bought an entire furnace and AC system and they really treat you like part of the family. The office staff are so nice. Can I give 100+ stars? Arber, Jose, and Gage were great to work with. Having a failing HVAC unit the night before it’s going to be in the negative temps can be stressful. They were helpful, honest, and quick to get me fixed with a whole new system the next day. My house is a little over 15 years old, so I knew it would be inevitable and I didn’t want to repair it over and over again, kicking the can down the road. I appreciate what you all did! Like the company's name suggests, service was awesome and swift. Craig and his partner, sorry I didn't get it, service was top of the line in that they were knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to do the job. Craig answered all of my concerns and offered future reference ideas to potential jobs and or problems without pressure of pushing any sale quotas. The prices were reasonable and I was left feeling like someone had my back. Great job guys, thank you. Update, other technician was named Kyle. Thank you gentlemen. We're in the process of selling our home and needed inspection repairs completed promptly prior to our move coming up on November 1st. We called around to many HVAC companies in the Colorado Springs area and most were booked out until mid-November and some into December. But Awesome Home Services was able to schedule out the service for the following day! Korey, our HVAC tech, was very friendly and honest. He worked on our AC and furnace to resolve some things that came up on the home inspection. He leveled the AC, refilled and replaced the insulation around the refrigerant lines, and performed a general cleaning of the furnace. The AC is cooling wonderfully now! Highly recommend Korey and Awesome Home Services for your HVAC needs! God bless and thanks for the expedited service during a stressful time of moving!
