Craig was knowledgeable and very helpful, making sure I understood all options and the reasoning behind the suggested services. He was early and the job was done within a few hours. We have an older home and I needed help with a non-draining laundry drain. This company, which I found through Angi, is outstanding. Responsive, knowledgeable and experienced. Greg and Jason came in this AM and by 2 they had jackhammered out the cast iron p trap, sledged out concrete, replaced and sealed everything up. They worked hard and fast and they were obviously very experienced. We are very happy.

Awesome Home Services was an awesome experience (pun intended)! We had a problem with a clogged kitchen sink. Greg was at our place ready to repair it within two hours of my call. He was knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, polite, and very friendly! He made sure I was ok with the estimate before starting any work. Our issue was solved within an hour! Could not ask for better service.

Overall experience was very positive. Technicians were polite, professional, efficient, and informative. Originally had drain cleaned on a Saturday and was given a one-year warranty. Experienced another backflow one week later on the following Saturday. I called the office that Monday morning and they scheduled for a warranty visit that same morning. Had another backflow two days later and again they responded that morning. There were so many offsets in the original sewer line that over 10 feet of pipe had tree roots trapping debris. Originally it was recommended the entire sewer line be replaced from the house to the main line, and a clean-out installed outside the home. Unfortunately, the sewer line runs under the creek out back instead of to the road in front of the house. To dig the creek up to access the sewer line created a huge obstacle, not to mention increased the cost. An alternate solution was to line the original sewer line so as not to dig up the creek. The entire process was performed between Tuesday and Saturday and we were only without service for short periods of time. The service also came with a 50-year warranty, which gives peace of mind that we will not experience similar backflows from root intrusions. I called Awesome Home Service after a recommendation from my former Sales Rep (Roger Siverson) at KRDO Radio. I have had positive results whenever I use any company that advertises with KRDO Radio. After speaking with a neighbor, who had used another company to perform similar service, I am glad we called Awesome Home Service. Our neighbor had problems with their sewer line replacement and is currently involved in legal action because their newly replaced sewer line split after being covered back up with soil and the contractor they worked with has refused to take responsibility. Thanks to Preston and all of the technicians that were involved with our service visit, we will use and recommend Awesome Home Service in the future.
