I cannot say enough good things about Nate and Mathew from Awesome Home Services. From the moment they arrived at my home, they exhibited nothing short of professionalism and expertise. I had been dealing with an electrical issue that had left me without power, and I wasn’t sure where the problem was. However, these two technicians quickly got to work and meticulously searched for the source of the problem.
They spent considerable time searching for the broken main electrical line that was causing the issue. I could tell they were truly focused on getting the job done right, and their determination was evident. After confirming the problem, they didn’t waste any time. They drove into town to source the necessary parts, which was a bit of a trip but not once did they seem frustrated or in a rush. They knew exactly what was needed to fix the issue, and when they returned, they got right to work.
One of the most impressive aspects of their work was their commitment to solving the problem, no matter the difficulty. The issue required them to dig a hole about two to three feet deep in the ground to access the broken line. Even though it was an arduous task, Nate and Mathew worked tirelessly, ensuring that everything was done correctly. They didn't stop there, though. They went the extra mile to carefully repair the broken electrical line, ensuring that it would be fully functional and safe for use.
What I truly appreciated was their dedication to completing the job, no matter how late it got. The repair work started at 1 PM, but they didn’t finish until well after dark, showing their commitment to getting the power back on and making sure everything was in perfect working condition. Even though it was getting late, they maintained a positive attitude and continued working efficiently and professionally.
When the job was done, they took the time to clean up the area, putting everything back in place and ensuring that my property was left exactly how it was before they started—minus the electrical issue, of course! I was so relieved and happy when they got the power back on to the house, and I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work.
